California Design and Build LLC, USA, has been formed as a sister company of UK based Case Study Construction Ltd, UK, which has completed five UK developments since 2003; two mixed use commercial, two low income housing and one premium single family residence. In 2008, solar and geothermal powered ANGELS’ HOUSE set a record for highest price sale for its county.
